The way the Table of Contents is laid out, I can easily jump to the section that speaks to me. I love that the principles can be applied to any aspect of your life and can fit where ever you are TODAY. I am a stay at home mom and hold several volunteer board positions, I can learn through the Monahan Method how to build my confidence today and be awesome at what ever I decide to do. I appreciate everything in this book, but most of all how Heather Monahan establishes her credibility on understanding how everyone starts at different places. It is exciting to read how her hard work and dedication paid off. Thank you for writing a book that is easy to read and enjoyable. I am excited to implement What I have learned through reading this book.
