Last night I was freezing. My friends were warm. W

Last night I was freezing. My friends were warm. We were in the exact same room. 🥶

And it just taught me everything about success.

I’m a Miami girl. They’re from Denver.

Same space. Completely different realities. 😳

Wait, it gets better...

I just realized I’ve been wrong about my height for YEARS.

Looking at this picture, I thought I was the tallest.

Plot twist: I’m actually the shortest. 🤯

That’s when it clicked 👇🏻

What we expect, we accept.

You accept disrespect because you experienced it before.

You play small because someone once told you that’s your place.

You settle for less because you don’t know there’s more. 💔

Your past isn’t just your history.
It’s the lens you see EVERYTHING through.

🛑 That toxic boss? You tolerate them because chaos feels normal.
🛑 That limiting belief? You hold onto it because someone told you to.
🛑 That fear of success? You created it because failure feels normal.

But once you SEE it, you can CHANGE it. ✨

Your perspective isn’t permanent.
Your reality isn’t fixed.
Your future doesn’t have to match your past.

What reality are you accepting that you could be changing? 🤔

The easiest way to create joy in your life is by helping someone else.

A year ago @kristenazrealestate came into my life facing the most significant loss she could have imagined.

I felt grateful to be in a good place in my life, so I could be a supportive person for her. This week we got to be together again and seeing the bright light in her made me so incredibly happy and grateful!

When you can be there for someone going through hardship,

You get to be a small part in their comeback story.
So grateful to get to see the change in your life in one year.
Change doesn’t happen by chance, it happens by choice.

Choose to extend a hand and be a small part in someone’s comeback.

Unpopular Opinion:

If a high school student can do it, so can you! 💥

This weekend a group of teens, including my son

Delivered their first TEDx talks. They were incredible!!

My son is in the middle of basketball season,

Applying to colleges, visiting schools, and Senior events

He definitely didn’t have the time to do this.

However, he made the time.

He surrounded himself with the right people.

Took action, leaned into the uncomfortable and made it happen.

Time is going to pass anyway, why not do something epic?

The world is going to tell your child what they can’t do.

That little boy didn’t know it was “impossible.”

So he didn’t hesitate. He just believed.

That’s what happens when confidence is built before the world gets to them.

When they’ve been raised to try, to trust themselves, to move with courage.

Your voice becomes their default setting.

Every morning on my run, I see the same homeless m

Every morning on my run, I see the same homeless man.

I’ve watched people ignore him, avoid eye contact, even cross the street.

I decided to do something different.

Every day, I smile, wave, and say, “Good morning.”

Here’s what happened 👇

He stands up.
He smiles.
He cheers for me while I run.
And he yells back, “Good morning!”
Every. Single. Day.

When you choose to see the magic in others,
they start to believe it’s in them too.

And here’s the twist—
I need that person for me too.

On the days I’m tired or questioning myself,
Scott MacGregor pictured here, he’s the one who reminds me I’ve got this.
He speaks life into me.
And suddenly, I show up differently.

💡 When you pour belief into others, it changes everything.

✈️ The 6AM Flight I Almost Didn’t Take…

This weekend reminded me of one simple truth:

👉 The answer is always to just show up.
I flew to Tampa to speak at a new friend’s event.

I didn’t know who would be there.
I didn’t know what to expect.

But here’s what happened:
✨ I reconnected with amazing people I’m now partnering with.
✨ I met online friends in real life for the first time.
✨ One of them connected me to someone I’d been trying to reach for a month.

All because I took the flight.
All because I showed up.

Showing up can be tiring.
It can be inconvenient.
But it’s always worth it.

Grateful for my new Tampa crew and the incredible event hosted by Max Willett 🙌

💡 Have you ever almost skipped an opportunity—then realized it changed everything?

Take the flight.
Support your people.
Take the stage.

The world needs you. 🌎
