3. If it costs you your peace, it’s too expensive.
4. Closed doors aren’t rejection. They’re redirection.
5. Rest is a strategy, not a reward.
6. When someone shows you their patterns, stop believing their potential.
7. You can’t outwork misalignment — fix the foundation first.
8. The right room changes your thinking before it changes your results.
9. Confidence isn’t loud. It’s rooted.
10. Your voice doesn’t grow when you silence it.
11. If you want different results, audit your habits before your goals.

Last night I was freezing. My friends were warm. We were in the exact same room. 🥶

And it just taught me everything about success.

I’m a Miami girl. They’re from Denver.

Same space. Completely different realities. 😳

Wait, it gets better...

I just realized I’ve been wrong about my height for YEARS.

Looking at this picture, I thought I was the tallest.

Plot twist: I’m actually the shortest. 🤯

That’s when it clicked 👇🏻

What we expect, we accept.

You accept disrespect because you experienced it before.

You play small because someone once told you that’s your place.

You settle for less because you don’t know there’s more. 💔

Your past isn’t just your history.
It’s the lens you see EVERYTHING through.

🛑 That toxic boss? You tolerate them because chaos feels normal.
🛑 That limiting belief? You hold onto it because someone told you to.
🛑 That fear of success? You created it because failure feels normal.

But once you SEE it, you can CHANGE it. ✨

Your perspective isn’t permanent.
Your reality isn’t fixed.
Your future doesn’t have to match your past.

The easiest way to create joy in your life is by helping someone else.

A year ago @kristenazrealestate came into my life facing the most significant loss she could have imagined.

I felt grateful to be in a good place in my life, so I could be a supportive person for her. This week we got to be together again and seeing the bright light in her made me so incredibly happy and grateful!

When you can be there for someone going through hardship,

You get to be a small part in their comeback story.
So grateful to get to see the change in your life in one year.
Change doesn’t happen by chance, it happens by choice.
