I used to think asking for help was a weakness.
I got fired from my C-suite job, and my confidence hit rock bottom.
Then I realized trying to take on everything alone is impossible.

Biggest lesson I learned: 👇
If you try to take on everything alone, you are setting yourself up for failure.

Share with others what your challenge is and genuinely listen to their feedback and ideas. You might find the exact answer you’re looking for.

While I was walking on a treadmill, I was so busy watching the woman next to me (who looked like a supermodel) that I almost flew off the back of my machine.

While this was a funny incident, I realized how often we do this in other areas of our lives.

We watch everyone else’s speed, compare their highlights and wonder why we’re not there yet.

Here’s how to break free as I did: 👇

✨ Audit your feed.
Go through your social media right now. Unfollow anyone who makes you feel “less than.” Not because they’re bad, but because they’re not your race.

✨ Focus on your speed.
You can’t run your race if you’re looking sideways.

✨ Even if you do look, change the narrative.
Instead of jealousy, try, “If they can do it, that’s proof it’s possible for me too.”
They’re not your competition. They’re your proof of possibility.

The question I keep getting isn’t about the technology. It’s about how to lead through the change.

Most companies aren’t missing better tools. They’re missing stronger leaders. ❌

AI doesn’t create clarity. Leaders do.
AI doesn’t build culture. Leaders do.
AI doesn’t rally a team to adapt. Leaders do.

Organizations are investing millions in AI while underinvesting in the people who actually have to lead through the transformation.

Technology is a tool. Leadership is the multiplier. 🔑

The companies that win won’t just have the best tech. They’ll have the strongest, most confident leaders.

If you’re betting big on AI, bet just as big on developing your people. 💪
