Why Heather?

Heather Monahan is a 2X Best Selling Author, Top 50 Keynote Speaker, Top Business Podcast Host, Board Member, and Mentor. What you may not know is that prior to launching these businesses, she was a Chief Revenue Officer in Media responsible for Managing hundreds of Millions of dollars annually and leading a company with over 1,000 employees. Her ascension in media started as a salesperson for the Gallo Winery. Her next sales role in radio led her to an equity partnership where she and her partners acquired a $25M company and she drove sales exponentially, resulting in a sale price of $55M in under 3 years. That sale led her to a publicly traded radio company where she pitched herself for a job that didn’t exist and was awarded VP of Sales. Closing that deal led to her eventual promotion to EVP of Sales and finally CRO of the company. In 2017 she was named One of the Most Influential Women in Radio and in 2018 she was named a Limit Breaking Female founder by Thrive Global. In 2019 Heather’s TedX talk was promoted to TED and translated into 6 languages. Real Leaders named her Top 40 Female Keynote speaker in 2020 and Top 50 Keynote Speaker in 2022.
