Tip 4: Hypnosis, Not Hysteria.

At this point, some people might be thinking, “Why are you telling me what to say in a speech? It doesn’t matter. There is no chance I will ever get up myself and speak in public.”

For these people, the thought of giving a speech is paralyzing. But there are helpful options! You can take classes to help you become a better speaker, and there’s another option that, in my opinion, an even stronger and more viable one: Hypnosis.

Hypnosis is a proven solution for people who are paralyzed by fear. Not only have I seen it work on numerous people, I have also done it myself. Don’t count this out, even if it’s out of your comfort zone. Hypnosis can be in-credibly helpful in overcoming fears of speaking in public, and I’m proof that it really does work!
