Working under Heather Monahan’s leadership was both inspiring and motivational. Her selfless guidance pushed me to be uniquely creative and encouraged me to strategize towards my personal passions. The result gave me a greater sense of self in my work.

Heather championed my efforts to look beyond the opportunities that even she could provide. She has continued to personally motivate me far beyond my employment at Beasley Media Group. This is something Heather gets an honest joy in doing. And I remain the beneficiary of her strength, drive and leadership outside of Monahan’s organization to this day.
